• What the original work is and where we can see it.
• The card link and the message containing the material.
• Your name and reply email.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner or law.
• A statement that your information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
• Your typed signature.

If your content was removed

Use the same form to explain why you believe removal was a mistake. Include your contact details and the original location.

Repeated problems

We may block people who repeatedly upload material they do not have permission to use. Trademark, impersonation, and image-likeness complaints can use the same form.
