Terms of Service

The short version

Cards and signing are free. You keep ownership of what you add and let us display it on the card. Stars are optional. Be kind and only add content you have permission to share.

Using PinTogether

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age where you live. You must be 18 to buy Stars. You do not need an account to sign. If you create a card, you are responsible for who receives its link.

Your content

You keep ownership of your words and media. You give PinTogether permission to store, display, deliver, and make the technical copies needed to run the card until that content is removed. You promise you have the right to add it and that it follows our Acceptable Use Policy.

Removal

You can remove your own message. The organizer can remove any message on their card. PinTogether can remove content or block access when these terms or safety rules are broken.

Delivery and availability

Scheduled delivery depends on email systems we do not control, so we cannot guarantee an exact minute. PinTogether is provided as available; temporary outages can happen.

Stars

Stars are optional closed-loop credits. Stripe sells them as merchant of record and handles payment and tax. The Stars and Refund Policy is part of these terms.

If the business changes

We may transfer these terms and our obligations, including Stars balances, to an affiliate or successor entity. Purchases and balances carry across, and we will tell you about a material transfer.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent the law permits, our total liability is limited to what you paid through PinTogether in the twelve months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses. This does not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived where you live.
