You do not need an account

Anyone with a card link can sign it without signing up. Most of what we hold about you is what you choose to put on a card.

What we collect

• When you sign: the name, message, and photo or GIF you add.
• When you create: card details, recipient information, delivery timing, and invitation addresses.
• Automatically: a random browser identifier and limited network information used for ownership, security, and rate limits.
• When you buy Stars: Stripe holds payment details. We receive the purchase record, not your card number.

We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising trackers.

Photos and public links

Photos use long, unguessable storage addresses so a card can display them. Anyone who has that address can view the image. Treat a card link like an invitation: share it only with people you trust.

Who helps us run PinTogether

Microsoft Azure hosts cards and media in the United States. Stripe processes Stars purchases as merchant of record. ComfySend sends invitations and delivery emails.

How long we keep things

We currently keep cards until they are removed by their organizer, recipient, or PinTogether. We keep payment, safety, and technical records as long as reasonably needed for legal, accounting, security, and dispute purposes.

Your choices

You can remove your own message. Organizers can remove messages from their cards. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or removal of a photo or card through our contact form.

Children

PinTogether is not for children under 13, or the higher minimum age required where they live. Tell us through the contact form if you believe a child added personal information.
