Stars and refunds

How Stars work

• 100 Stars corresponds to $1.
• Stars never expire and can only be used inside PinTogether.
• Stars cannot be cashed out, sold, or transferred to another person.
• Reward or bonus Stars have no cash value and are not refundable.
• Stars are sold only through PinTogether's Stripe Managed Payments checkout.
• You must be 18 or older to buy Stars.

Who sells Stars

Stripe acts as seller and merchant of record, processes payment, and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. PinTogether never receives your card number.

Refunds

You may request a refund for unspent Stars you paid for. Use our refund form with your purchase details. Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method.

Spent Stars are normally final once the item is applied. If an item failed, was misrepresented, or was bought by mistake, contact us and we will review it. If a child purchased Stars, contact us for review.

Limits and reversals

For safety, purchases are limited to 50,000 Stars per day and an unspent balance of 200,000 Stars. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may remove the Stars and items it funded.
